100 Days of Happiness: #1 - $35 well spent

I'm not sure I'll be able to keep this up, but I've been seeing people do this on Facebook and thought I'd give it a try.

$35 from crate and barrel. It's silly but it acts like a metronome for me. Whenever I need to get grounded and calm down, this strangely seems to help.
